They worked great while they lasted. Now to be fair I wore these while at work 6 days a week 10 hours a day. For the most part they worked great! After a month or two the reflective part started to peel off. If you’re looking for this to endure a long time and heavy abuse? You might have to replace them frequently. For things like jogging, walking the dog, or bike riding? For sure it would last you a good bit longer then it did me
